This culinary adventure is all about mastering the art of crafting the perfect Wellington!  Choose between succulent beef or tender chicken, enveloped in a flaky, buttery pastry—a showstopping entrée for any festive table. Chef Brett will guide you through the intricate steps of preparing this classic dish, ensuring a golden, crisp crust and a juicy, flavorful filling.

But that's not all. The menu also features the ultimate side dish, Hasselback potatoes, sliced just right to fan out into crispy, soft layers, seasoned to perfection. You’ll also whip up a side of Brussels sprouts, elevated with the rich, smoky notes of bacon cream, transforming this humble vegetable into a decadent delight. And for dessert, indulge in a toffee pudding cake that's as delightful to look at as it is to eat, with a warm, gooey center and a luscious toffee glaze.

The class, limited to 16, will be held at the Catalina United Methodist Church kitchen, 2700 E. Speedway Blvd. You’ll receive an email with class details (everything you’ll need will be provided) 3 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely. Please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.

All classes, workshops and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification. Your request must be emailed to flyingapronstucson@gmail.com.
