Cheers to a private night of fun, flavor, and festive spirits! Whether you’re a cocktail aficionado or curious beginner, unleash your inner mixologist as you learn the art of crafting three exquisite drinks designed to impress your guests at any holiday gathering. Enjoy yummy charcuterie boards as Hector guides you through the creation of these signature drinks.
First, you’ll mix a Festive Fizz Fusion, a punch that combines the unique bitter sweetness of Apertivo Cappelletti 'Specialino' with the rich, herbal notes of Pasubio, balanced with Orange Cinnamon Syrup and topped with sparkling wine for that festive fizz.
Next, shake things up with Fig & Thistle, a delightful concoction of Cardamaro and fig preserves, brightened with a splash of lemon juice and finished with a bubbly club soda.
Lastly, stir your way to perfection with the classic and elegant Sherry Cherub, a sophisticated blend of Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry and Dolin Rouge Vermouth, accentuated with a dash of Blue Clover Orange Bitters for a zingy citrusy twist.

CLASS NOTES: Must be 21+ to attend. The class, limited to 20, will be held at The Hoppy Vine, 12125 N. Oracle Rd., in the Oro Valley Marketplace. You’ll receive an email with class details (everything you’ll need will be provided) 3 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. All classes, workshops and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification. Your request must be emailed to flyingapronstucson@gmail.com.
