Think Passover desserts have to be the same old, same old? Think again! Pastry Chef Marianne Banes of Kingfisher Bar & Grill has been creating and serving unique Passover desserts for decades. Surprise your guests this year with new additions to the Seder table!
On the menu: A lemon trifle made with a matzoh meal sponge cake, layered with lemon cream made from lemon curd and whipped cream, garnished with fresh berries and a flourless chocolate torte that can be made with or without nuts.
